Ride-hailing is easiest
Careem and Uber both work across Dubai and are the simplest way to get around at night — fares are metered, cashless, and you avoid parking. Surge pricing kicks in at closing time (3–4am), so book a few minutes early.
Official cream taxis (RTA) are everywhere too and can be hailed on the street or booked by app.
The Metro (and its hours)
The Dubai Metro is clean, cheap and fast, but it stops running around midnight on most nights and later on weekends — so it's great for getting out, less so for getting home from a late one. Check current timings before you rely on it.

Where the nightlife clusters
Most venues sit along a few strips — Dubai Marina and JBR, Downtown and Business Bay, DIFC, and the Palm. Picking venues in the same area keeps your travel short and your night flowing.
